Sugar Fast Day 2….
Just a few cravings and daydreams of a warm, soft Krispy Kreme…..dripping in icing….crème-filled….
Figuring out my moments….I can prepare….have an activity or healthy snack ready when I would normally grab a Debbie Cake or dip into a sweet….
I CAN do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Next up….Sugar Detox for my kids….OH LAW! ☺
Today, I also want to tell you about my latest favorite cuticle treatment….
Sally Hansen Nail Nutrition Green Tea & Soy Cuticle Oil
Aside from the fact that cuticle oil applied often prolongs manis and pedis….I LOVE this oil for several other reasons….
1. The application and packaging…..it has a small brush and the wand/tube packaging so there is no mess.
2. It works!
3. Even though it is an oil, it seems to absorb rather quickly.
All-in-all, if you are looking for a great cuticle oil, this one RAWKS!

You are a stronger woman than me! I start to twitch without sugar, and I shudder to think of life without it...although I know it's terrible for me! I'm not much of a soda drinker, but eating dessert after dinner should be one of the ten commandments. It would be a tough habit to break.
I'm studying the book of Philippians right now in Bible study, and Paul wrote it while in prison awaiting trial with the possibility of being killed for the Gospel. He used the words rejoice and joy 16 times in that little 4 chapter epistle. The whole book is about rejoicing in the midst of difficult circumstances. It makes Philippians 4:13 mean even more to know that Paul said that in the darkest of hours, not after the victory had already come.
There is hope for us!
